OUR MISSION
To become the industry’s voice in promoting premium employment opportunities for Filipinos in Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and others and to serve as the conduit of the government in upholding the integrity of the market by promulgating policies that safeguard the interest of all industry stakeholders.


OUR GOALS
  • To strengthen our relationship with Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and make Filipinos as the number one foreign workforce in both countries.
  • To participate in government deliberations that affect the interest of selected European countries, Canada, Australia and New Zealand labor markets.
  • To actively participate in all marketing missions in Europe, Canada Australia and New Zealand.
  • To identify the gaps in government policies, rules, and regulations affecting employment of Filipinos in Australia and New Zealand, and propose interventions and policy solutions to these gaps.
  • To serve as an information bureau for the collection and dissemination of information from various sources of trade-related interest.
  • To uphold the integrity, ethics, competence, and professionalism to the highest standards amongst the members of the association.
  • To serve as a cohesive body that binds the industry to achieve its vision.
